1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
2. Please note, however, that cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. As such, we strongly advise that all customers consider their personal commitments and circumstances before booking a tour.

Sharkier.com, a subsidiary of Floating Sifter LLC, is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. Our refund policy for the shark tooth hunting adventure pack rentals is as follows:
1. For all bookings, cancellation must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the rental pick-up time.
2. In the event of cancellation within this time frame, a full refund will be issued.
3. If a booking is not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the $30 fee associated with the booking will become non-refundable.
4. Please be aware that any shark tooth hunting adventure pack rentals booked 24 hours or less before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.
